Tell us a bit about your music journey, when and why did you get started?

I started in 2005 when I got FL Studio into my hands for the first time. Back then I did not and could not imagine that my life would be connected with music for the next 15 years. I don't have a music education, but I wanted to create music. And so I started to master and learn by myself as much as I could. I studied the notes, the construction chords and a few more things that I considered essential for me to start.

What do you consider the highlight of your journey as a producer?

It was my first release in 2008 and the first $12 sales on junodownloads.com

You’ve been with us for 3 years, what made you join We Make Dance Music?

I joined WMDM 3 years ago. I was just looking for the opportunity to earn extra money with music and I found this site. I looked at other sites and wemakedancemusic.com was much better organised and well-designed.

What are your favorite genres at the moment, and what do you think about categorizing music into genres?

If we talk about the music that I listen to, then I'm not limited to just one genre. Because it can cause a headache. I like quiet melodic music (Chillout, Downtempo, etc.), I love rock music, sometimes I'm in the mood for hip hop. Often I listen to ethnic melodies of different people. All this inspires me to create the genre that I chose as the main one. It's Deep House of course.

What do you enjoy most about being part of our online community?

I think this is a good platform for producers and DJs. Some create music, others buy it. These days it's normal. The DJs have a tight tour schedule and they just do not have time to sit in the studio, but here they can find a producer who has the same musical taste and just buy his tracks.

In addition, this is an excellent opportunity for producers to share their experiences with each other.

What developments would you like to see in the future?

If this question is related to WMDM, then at the moment everything is fine.

And finally, why do you do what you do?

I listen to intuition and inner voice and try to do what I like.
